With CSM it is possible to produce a graph of any material's powder pattern simply by clicking on that material. This is true whether the material has been suggested during search-match or listed as part of the Boolean card retrieval. In addition to this feature CSM maintains a multi-phase powder simulation composed of the sum of the materials which the user has deemed are present in the unknown, with appropriate scale factors. In both the above cases there is full Rietveld-style control over the shape and width parameters for each phase in the powder simulation. |
