Illustrating a multi-phase search match problem. CSM's search algorithm is based on a combination of raw and peak data and is very sensitive to residual phases. The automatic residual search means there is no need to manually mark areas as matched, nor even search the database more than once. The whole job can be accomplished in seconds!
Sophisticated Boolean card retrieval is included, and Boolean restrictions may also be applied to search-match job. Search 117,000 entries in less than a second!
PDF cards may be instantly displayed from search-match or card retrieval windows, and saved or pasted into other applications. They can even include graphs of the peaks!
CSM includes a sophisticated peak finding algorithm which ranks potential peaks by confidence. The graph may be used for final editing of the peak list, but this is very seldom necessary.
A report may be generated within the program or directly in Microsoft Word. Its layout is determined by a standard user-editable template, and may include company logos etc.
Any number of full profile powder patterns may be simulated from PDF entries. There is full Rietveld-style control over the simulation parameters.
