• CSM 3,0,0,0 is essentially identical with version 2,1,1,1 except that compatibility with the new RDB format PDF databases PDF-2 Release 2005 (and later), PDF-4 and PDF4+ has been added. In addition some small cosmetic issues have been fixed and the logic of the Setup procedure improved and clarified.

• Corrected some oddities connected with the Evaluation Version.

3,0,0,2 release date 31.05.2006

• Version 3,0,0,1 was packaged with a debug version of a DLL, which meant that index files built using this version were not complete. Version 3,0,0,2 corrects this problem.

3,0,0,3 release date 01.07.2006

• Corrects a problem potentially causing a crash which occurs when materials which do not match the unknown are promoted onto the Matched Materials list.

3,0,0,4 release date 05.09.2006

• Allows the use of User Databases created with CSM version 2.
• Corrects an inconsistency which occurred when the Use Restrictions in Search button was checked before performing search-match.
• Allows non-administrator to run program without registry access problems.

3,0,0,5 release date 18.09.2006

• Ensures that non-standard wavelengths can be correctly set as default using the Radiation Settings dialog.
• Corrects a bug which occurred if the wavelength was changed after data had been read.

3,0,1,0 release date 27.06.2007

• Peak lists in PDF Cards now display 2-theta values as well as d-spacings, the wavelength used for conversion is set using the Change Wavelength... item on the Card menu.
• The maximum length for a compound name has been increased to work with the forthcoming releases of the PDF databases.

3,0,1,1 release date 07.03.2008

• X-range may be changed by Ctrl or Shift dragging in the Graph window.
• Minor improvements to speed and accuracy of search-match algorithm.

3,0,1,2 release date 12.11.2008

• Minor internal changes to work with the forthcoming releases of the PDF databases.
