CSM includes fully integrated card retrieval. Sub-sets of the PDF2
database may be derived by imposing restrictions, including:
- material / mineral names
- quality / sub file marks
- crystal system / cell dimensions
- space group
- colour
- chemical content, including a powerful find-by-formula option
Simulated patterns may be generated from any PDF card, and the
restrictions may optionally be applied to the search-match job.
