Reflection list dialog

The reflection list dialog allows the user to define a region of reciprocal space and display / save to file a list of the reflections contained within that region. A 3D drawing of the same information is available using RelPlot. Absent / equivalent reflections may be excluded, and the region may be defined in terms of h, k and l limits or a range of 2-theta or d-spacing values.
