Powder simulation dialog

This dialog controls the parameters describing the powder pattern simulation, and also includes buttons for saving the powder pattern or a list of its constiuent reflections directly to a text file.

The radiation used (wavelength and x-ray / neutron) is set using the radiation dialog.
